Working Principle of Industrial Dust Removal Filter

In biomass power generation, industrial dust removal filter bags mainly work
based on the principle of filtration. The filter bag is made of special filter
materials with fine pores. When the flue gas containing dust particles generated
during the biomass power generation process passes through the filter bag, the
dust particles are intercepted by the filter material due to their larger size
than the pores of the filter material, while the clean gas can pass through the
filter bag and be discharged. This achieves the separation of dust and gas,
playing an important role in purifying the flue gas and protecting the
environment.

Working Environment and Dust Characteristics in Mining
In the mining industry, the working environment is complex and harsh. Dust is
generated in large quantities during processes such as mineral excavation,
crushing, screening, and transportation. The dust in mining operations usually
contains various types of mineral particles, and may also be accompanied by
harmful substances such as heavy metals and silicon dioxide. The particle size
distribution of the dust is wide, ranging from coarse particles to fine
particulate matter that is harmful to the human respiratory system. Moreover,
the concentration of dust is often high, posing a serious threat to the
environment and the health of workers.

Production process of asphalt mixing plant:
The production process of dust removal consists of raw material processing,
storage and transportation, drying, screening, powder supply, concrete mixing,
etc. The processed stones and asphalt are loaded into the drum and heated, and
then the aggregate, lime powder and hot asphalt are mixed. It is used as asphalt
concrete and laid on the road surface.
